شحذ

مِشْحَذٌ ذ A whetstone; or thing with which, or upon which, one sharpens. (S, K.) ― -b2- And [hence,] A rough, severe, or violent, driver: (O, K: [see also شَحَذَانٌ:] and applied also as an epithet to a driving. (O.)
