شبح

شَبَحَةٌ ذ a word occurring in the K and TA voce مُشْطٌ and in the TA voce مِحَرٌّ &c. [app. as meaning A broad piece of wood ]. ― -b2- الشَّبَحَتَانِ signifies The two pieces of wood of the مِنْقَلَة, (O, K,) which is the thing upon which bricks are carried from place to place: the pl. is الشَّبَحَاتُ and [the coll. gen. n., of which شَبَحَةٌ is the n. un., is] ↓ الشَّبَحُ.
