Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on your Account page; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or have a problem, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Page packs

One-time page packs are consumable. Unused page-pack balance is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided the pack has not been substantially used. Once pages have been processed against a pack, that portion is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@illuminatedarabicreader.com from your account email with your reason. We typically respond within a few business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

This policy is offered in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
