النَّصُّ: 1 طَارَ فِي الأُفْقِ جَنَاحًا وَتَخَطَّاهُ رَوَاحَا 2 خَفْقُهُ، أَمْ عَبَقُ الطَّيْبِ بِمِنَ الْجَنَّةِ فَاحَا 3 يَفْرِشُ الْبَهْجَةَ وَالْفَرْحَةَ وَرْدًا وَأَقَاحَا 4 تَرْشُفُ الرُّوحُ هَوَاهُ أَلَقًا... وَالْعَيْنُ رَاحَا 5 وَإِذَا صَدَّقَ رَوَى مَسْمَعَ الدُّنْيَا صُدَاحَا 6 عَلَمَيْ يَا مُسْبِغَ الْخِصْبِ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ وِشَاحَا 7 أَخْصِبِ الشَّعْبَ، وَأَمْرِعْهُ خِصْبًا إِبَاءً وَطَمَاحَا 8 أَنْتَ فِي ذِمَّةٍ أَوْفَى النَّاسِ قَلْبًا وَسَلَاحَا! شَرْحُ الْمُفْرَدَاتِ تَخَطَّى: جَاوَزَ وَتَعَدَّى. مُسْبِغٌ: مُوَسِّعٌ. الرَّوَاحُ: السَّيْرُ مِنْ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ. أَخْصِبِ الشَّعْبَ: أَعْطِهِ النَّمَاءَ وَالْخَيْرَ، خَفْقٌ: تَحَرَّكَ وَاضْطَرَبَ. الْعَبَقُ: الرَّائِحَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ. وَالْمَقْصُودُ هُنَا: امْنَحْهُ الْعِزَّةَ وَالْكَرَامَةَ. أَمْرِعْهُ: زِدْهُ. أُقَاحٌ: مُفْرَدُهَا أُقْحُوَانٌ: نَوْعٌ مِنَ الزُّهُورِ. ذِمَّةٌ: عَهْدٌ وَأَمَانٌ. تَرْشُفُ: تَشْرَبُ. صُدَاحٌ: طَرَبٌ. الطَّمَاحُ: الِارْتِفَاعُ وَالْمَقْصُودُ هُنَا: الرِّفْعَةُ وَالشُّمُوخُ.

- Text: 1 It flew across the horizon, a wing passing by in the evening. 2 Is it its fluttering, or the scent of perfume wafting from Paradise? 3 It spreads joy and happiness like roses and daisies. 4 The soul sips its love with brilliance...
- وَالْعَيْنُ رَاحَا 5 وَإِذَا صَدَّقَ رَوَى مَسْمَعَ الدُّنْيَا صُدَاحَا 6 عَلَمَيْ يَا مُسْبِغَ الْخِصْبِ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ وِشَاحَا 7 أَخْصِبِ الشَّعْبَ، وَأَمْرِعْهُ خِصْبًا إِبَاءً وَطَمَاحَا 8 أَنْتَ فِي ذِمَّةٍ أَوْفَى النَّاسِ قَلْبًا وَسَلَاحَا!
- And the eye finds rest. 5 And if it speaks the truth, it tells the world's ears a song of joy. 6 O you who bestow fertility, draping the earth like a scarf. 7 Make the people flourish, and grant them abundance, pride, and ambition. 8 You are under the protection of the most loyal of people in heart and weapon!
- شَرْحُ الْمُفْرَدَاتِ تَخَطَّى: جَاوَزَ وَتَعَدَّى.
