كِفَايَةُ التَّوَاصُلِ الشَّفَهِيِّ. يَتَأَثَّرُ الْمُتَحَدِّثُ بِحَالَةِ مُسْتَمِعِيهِ. تَخَيَّلْ نَفْسَكَ هَذَا الْمُتَحَدِّثَ، وَهَؤُلَاءِ هُمْ مُسْتَمِعُوكَ! مِنْ آدَابِ الِاسْتِمَاعِ: م آدَابُ الِاسْتِمَاعِ، فَائِدَتُهَا لِلْمُسْتَمِعِ، أَثَرُهَا عَلَى الْمُتَحَدِّثِ. 1 الْإِنْصَاتُ. 2 النَّظَرُ إِلَى الْمُتَحَدِّثِ. 3 إِظْهَارُ مَلَامِحِ الْفَهْمِ. 4 عَدَمُ الْمُقَاطَعَةِ. 5 تَدْوِينُ الْمَلْحُوظَاتِ وَالِاسْتِفْسَارَاتِ. 6 الِاسْتِجَابَةُ لِلْمُتَحَدِّثِ وَالتَّفَاعُلُ مَعَهُ.
