الْكِتابَةُ أَوَّلاً- نَكْتُبُ مَا يَأْتِي فِي الْفَراغِ: أَمَرَ الْقاضي بِوِعاءٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ ساخِنٌ، وَأَلْقَى النُّقودَ فِيهِ، وَبَعْدَ بُرْهَةٍ مِنَ الزَّمَنِ، لاحَظَ الْحُضورُ أَنَّ سَطْحَ الْماءِ قَدْ تَغَيَّرَ لَوْنُهُ؛ إِذْ طَفَتْ عَلَيْهِ بُقَعٌ مِنَ الدُّهْنِ. ثانياً- نَنْسَخُ مَا يَأْتِي فِي دَفْتَرِ النَّسْخِ: قالَ الْفَطائِرِيُّ: إِنَّهُ كيسي، وَقالَ بائِعُ الْقُماشِ: إِنَّهُ مالي. وَاشْتَدَّ الْخِلافُ بَيْنَهُما. ذَهَبَ الرَّجُلُ وَالْمُتَخاصِمَانِ إِلَى الْقاضِي إِياسٍ، وَهُناكَ ادَّعى الْفَطَائِرِيُّ أَنَّ الْكيسَ لَهُ، وَكَذلِكَ فَعَلَ بائِعُ الْقُماشِ.
