تَأَثَّرَ بَرَاءُ، وَشَعَرَ بِالحُزْنِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ مُشَارَكَةَ أَصْدِقَائِهِ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَيْأَسْ، وَصَمَّمَ عَلَى عَدَمِ الِاسْتِسْلَامِ لِلْوَاقِعِ الْجَدِيدِ، جَدَّ، وَاجْتَهَدَ، وَاهْتَمَّ بِدُرُوسِهِ.
