حِيلَةُ فَلّاحٍ: سَرَقَ لِصٌّ ثَوْرَ أَحَدِ الْفَلّاحِينَ، فَذَهَبَ الْفَلّاحُ إِلى السّوقِ؛ لِيَشْتَرِيَ غَيْرَهُ. وَفِي السّوقِ وَجَدَ ثَوْرَهُ، فَأَمْسَكَ بِهِ، وَصاحَ: هَذا ثَوْرِي، فَتَجَمَّعَ النَّاسُ حَوْلَهُ. سَمِعَ اللِّصُّ كَلامَ الْفَلّاحِ، فَجاءَ إِلَيْهِ، وَقالَ: لا، هَذا ثَوْرِي أَنا. غَطَّى الْفَلّاحُ بِسُرْعَةٍ عَيْنَيِ الثَّوْرِ، وَقالَ: إِنَّ إِحْدَى عَيْنَيِ الثَّوْرِ عَوْراءُ، فَأَخْبِرْنِي أَيُّهُما عَوْراءُ؟ فَقالَ اللِّصُّ مُضْطَرِباً: الْعَيْنُ الْيُمْنى؛ فَضَحِكَ الْفَلّاحُ، وَكَشَفَ عَنْ عَيْنَيِ الثَّوْرِ، فَرَأَى النَّاسُ أَنَّهُما سَلِيمَتانِ، فَعَرَفوا اللِّصَّ، فَأَخَذوا مِنْهُ الثَّوْرَ، وَرَدُّوهُ إِلى صاحِبِهِ.

سَرَقَ لِصٌّ ثَوْرَ أَحَدِ الْفَلّاحِينَ، فَذَهَبَ الْفَلّاحُ إِلى السّوقِ؛ لِيَشْتَرِيَ غَيْرَهُ.
A thief stole a farmer's bull, so the farmer went to the market to buy a replacement.
وَفِي السّوقِ وَجَدَ ثَوْرَهُ، فَأَمْسَكَ بِهِ، وَصاحَ: هَذا ثَوْرِي، فَتَجَمَّعَ النَّاسُ حَوْلَهُ.
At the market, he spotted his bull, grabbed hold of it, and shouted, "This is my bull!" People gathered around them.
