تَمَثُّلُ الْقِيَمِ الْإِيجَابِيَّةِ وَالِاتِّجَاهَاتِ مِثْلُ: الْحُرِّيَّةِ، وَتَنْمِيَةِ الْمَوَاهِبِ، وَالتَّعَاوُنِ، وَحُبِّ الْوَطَنِ، وَالِاقْتِصَادِ فِي الْمَاءِ، وَتَشْجِيعِ الصِّنَاعَةِ الْوَطَنِيَّةِ، وَآدَابِ الْمُرُورِ، وَالرِّفْقِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ، وَدَوْرِ الطَّبِيبِ، وَاحْتِرَامِ الْحِرَفِ الْمُخْتَلِفَةِ، وَالْمُحَافَظَةِ عَلَى الْكِتَابِ وَوَسَائِلِ الِاتِّصَالِ، وَالنَّظَافَةِ.
