الْقِراءَةُ. نَقْرَأُ: جُحا وَحَميرُهُ الْعَشَرَةُ. ذَهَبَ جُحا إلى السّوقِ، واشْتَرى عَشَرَةَ حَمِيرٍ. رَكِبَ جُحا واحِداً مِنْها وَسَاقَ بَقِيَّةَ الْحَمِيرِ أَمَامَهُ، وفي الطَّريقِ، عَدَّ جُحا الْحَمِيرَ الَّتِي أَمَامَهُ، فَوَجَدَها تِسْعَةً. نَزَلَ عَنِ الْحِمارِ، وَعَدَّها مَرَّةً ثانِيَةً، فَوَجَدَها عَشَرَةَ حَمِيرٍ، فَقَالَ جُحا: أَمْشي، وَأَكْسِبُ حِماراً، أَفْضَلُ لِي مِنْ أَنْ أَرْكَبَ، وَأَخْسَرَ حِماراً.
