بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ.

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

مُقَدِّمَةٌ.

Introduction.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ، وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى أَشْرَفِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ، نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ وَمَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ بِإِحْسَانٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّينِ.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions, and whoever follows them in goodness until the Day of Judgment.

أَمَّا بَعْدُ: فَهَذَا هُوَ الْجُزْءُ الثَّالِثُ مِنْ كِتَابِ «دُرُوسِ اللُّغَةِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ لِغَيْرِ النَّاطِقِينَ بِهَا».

As for what follows: This is the third part of the book 'Lessons in Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers'.

وَهُوَ لَيْسَ كِتَابَ نَحْوٍ فَحَسْبُ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ كِتَابٌ شَامِلٌ لِتَعْلِيمِ اللُّغَةِ الْعَرَبِيَّةِ بِنَحْوِهَا وَصَرْفِهَا وَمُفْرَدَاتِهَا وَجَوَانِبِهَا الْأُخْرَى.

It is not just a grammar book, but rather a comprehensive book for teaching the Arabic language in its grammar, morphology, vocabulary, and other aspects.

فَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُعْنَى بِهَذِهِ الْجَوَانِبِ كُلِّهَا عِنْدَ الشَّرْحِ.

It should be concerned with all these aspects during explanation.

وَنَرَى أَنْ يُرَاعِيَ الْمُعَلِّمُ الْأُمُورَ الْآتِيَةَ عِنْدَ تَدْرِيسِ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ:

We see that the teacher should observe the following matters when teaching this book:

١ - يُمَهِّدُ لِلْمَسَائِلِ الرَّئِيسَةِ الْوَارِدَةِ فِي الدَّرْسِ مِنْ غَيْرِ النَّظَرِ فِي الْكِتَابِ.

1 - He introduces the main issues mentioned in the lesson without looking at the book.

٢ - يَقْرَأُ الدَّرْسَ، وَفِي أَثْنَاءِ الْقِرَاءَةِ يُشِيرُ إِلَى الْمَسَائِلِ الَّتِي سَبَقَ أَنْ شَرَحَهَا، وَيَشْرَحُ الْمَسَائِلَ الْفَرْعِيَّةَ الَّتِي لَمْ يَتَطَرَّقْ إِلَيْهَا فِي التَّمْهِيدِ، وَيُوَجِّهُ إِلَى الطُّلَّابِ أَسْئِلَةً لِلتَّأَكُّدِ مِنْ فَهْمِهِمْ هَذِهِ الْمَسَائِلَ.

2 - He reads the lesson, and during the reading, he points to the issues he previously explained, explains the sub-issues he did not touch upon in the introduction, and directs questions to the students to ensure their understanding of these issues.

٣ - يَقُومُ مَجْمُوعَاتٌ مِنَ الطُّلَّابِ بِتَمْثِيلِ الدَّرْسِ.

3 - Groups of students perform the lesson.

٤ - يَشْتَرِكُ الطُّلَّابُ فِي حَلِّ جَمِيعِ التَّمَارِينِ شَفَوِيًّا، وَيَحُلُّونَهَا تَحْرِيرِيًّا خَارِجَ الْفَصْلِ.

4 - Students participate in solving all exercises orally, and they solve them in writing outside the class.

وَاللَّهَ نَسْأَلُ أَنْ يُوَفِّقَنَا جَمِيعًا لِخِدْمَةِ دِينِهِ، وَلُغَةِ كِتَابِهِ.

And we ask Allah to grant us all success in serving His religion and the language of His Book.
