أَدْخِلْ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْجُمَلِ الْآتِيَةِ

Insert 'laysa' into the following sentences.

الْبَابُ مُعْلَقٌ

The door is closed.

الْمَاءُ بَارِدٌ

The water is cold.

هِشَامٌ مَرِيضٌ

Hisham is sick.

أَبِي نَائِمٌ

My father is sleeping.

الدَّرْسُ صَعْبٌ

The lesson is difficult.

الْمَسْجِدُ قَرِيبٌ

The mosque is near.

الطِّفْلُ جَوْعَانُ

The child is hungry.

اقْرَأِ الْمِثَالَيْنِ ثُمَّ أَدْخِلْ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْجُمَلِ الْآتِيَةِ

Read the two examples then insert 'laysa' into the following sentences.

هُوَ تَاجِرٌ

He is a merchant.

هُوَ لَيْسَ بِتَاجِرٍ

He is not a merchant.

هُوَ مِنَ الْيَابَانِ

He is from Japan.

هُوَ لَيْسَ مِنَ الْيَابَانِ

He is not from Japan.

السَّيَّارَةُ جَمِيلَةٌ

The car is beautiful.

أَنَا غَنِيٌّ

I am rich.

أَنْتَ فَقِيرٌ

You are poor.

هِيَ مِنَ الْعِرَاقِ

She is from Iraq.

نَحْنُ أَذْكِيَاءُ

We are intelligent.

هُوَ عَزَبٌ

He is a bachelor.

الْمُدَرِّسُونَ فِي الْفُصُولِ

The teachers are in the classrooms.
