. إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ أَحَدًا بِحَاجَةٍ لِلْمُسَاعَدَةِ، قَدِّمُوا لَهُ يَدَ الْعَوْنِ، فَاللُّطْفُ يُغَيِّرُ الْعَالَمَ. • كُلُّنَا مُخْتَلِفُونَ، وَهَذَا مَا يَجْعَلُنَا مُمَيَّزِينَ، احْتَرِمُوا الِاخْتِلَافَاتِ بَيْنَ زُمَلَائِكُمْ. . لَا تَنْسَوْا أَنَّ «شُكْرًا» وَ «مِنْ فَضْلِكَ» وَ «آسِفٌ» كَلِمَاتٌ طَيِّبَةٌ تُسْعِدُكُمْ وَتُسْعِدُ الْآخَرِينَ. . تَنَاوَلُوا الْفَوَاكِهَ وَالْخَضْرَاوَاتِ يَوْمِيًّا؛ لِأَنَّهَا تُقَوِّي أَجْسَامَكُمْ وَتَمْنَعُ الْأَمْرَاضَ. . مَارِسُوا الرِّيَاضَةَ يَوْمِيًّا؛ لِتُحَافِظُوا عَلَى صِحَّةِ عِظَامِكُمْ وَعَضَلَاتِكُمْ. الْمَرْكَزِيَّةُ التَّطْوِيرُ الْمَنْحَى الْإِدَارَةُ الْمُرَّةُ سِلَاحُ التِّلْمِيذِ

كُلُّنَا مُخْتَلِفُونَ، وَهَذَا مَا يَجْعَلُنَا مُمَيَّزِينَ، احْتَرِمُوا الِاخْتِلَافَاتِ بَيْنَ زُمَلَائِكُمْ. .
