Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Information we collect
- Account — your email and authentication data (via Supabase).
- Billing — handled by Stripe; we store your subscription status and a Stripe customer/subscription id, not your card details.
- Uploads — PDFs you upload, stored privately in Cloudflare R2, keyed to your account.
- Usage — pages processed, token/cost metering, and basic logs needed to run and bill the Service.
How we use third-party AI
To process a page, its image/text is sent to Google Cloud Vision (OCR) and Google Gemini (structuring/translation). These providers process the content to return results; we don’t use your content to train models. Don’t upload anything you’re not comfortable sending to those providers.
Service providers
We rely on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (auth/database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Google Cloud (AI), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Each processes data only to provide their part of the Service.
Retention
We keep your account, uploads, and usage records while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, uploads, and subscription records (some billing records may be retained as required by law).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Delete your account anytime from the Account page, or email us for an export. We honour applicable GDPR/CCPA rights.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
