We respect intellectual property and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512) and applicable law.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at info@illuminatedarabicreader.com with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material and where it appears on the Service (URL or book/page).
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Our response

On receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and, where applicable, notify the affected user. Repeat infringers’ accounts may be terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by §512(g) to the same address.
