وذكره غير واحد ونسبوا له كرامات وعلوما جمة
And many have mentioned him and attributed to him numerous miracles and sciences
ووهم الجوهري في قوله إنه اسم وهو لقب
And Al-Jawhari erred in saying it is a name when it is a nickname
وهذا لا يعد من الغلط في شيء لأن الاسم يعم اللقب والكنية على ما عرف في العربية
