There is no parallel to 'unzuhu' except if the 'ayn is a substitute for the hamza, meaning it is from 'al-zahu'. What unites them is withdrawal and disdain, making it the second form of 'inqahala', even though Sibawayh did not know a second form for 'inqahala' in a noun or adjective.
إذا كنت عزهاة عن اللهو والصبافكن حجرا من يابس الصخر جلمدا
If you are 'azhaah' (abstaining) from entertainment and passion, then be a rock from dry stone.
إذا كنت لم تهو ولم تدر ما الهوى فكن حجرا صلدا يدق بك النوى
If you have not desired and do not know what desire is, then be a hard stone that the date pits strike against.
فلا تبعدن إما هلكت فلا شوى ضئيل ولا عزهى من القوم عانس
So do not go far if you perish, for there is no meager roast, nor an 'azhaa' among the people, an old maid.

Truly, I knew there was no patience with him, and you are 'azhaah', patient.

A man is 'azaha', like 'fariha', so he is 'azih'. The noun is 'al-'azaahiyah' like 'faraahiyah', meaning he had no interest in merriment.
