And whatever touches you of evil.
إن الحسنات يذهبن السيئات
Indeed, good deeds erase bad deeds.
حسيناه أن يفعل كذا
We have done our utmost for him to do such and such.
وهو يحسن الشيء إحساناً: أي يعلمه
And he ihsan the thing: meaning he knows it.
قيمة المرء ما يحسنه
The value of a person is what they master.
الناس أبناء ما يحسنون
People are the children of what they master.
فاستحسنه وعده حسناً
So he found it pleasing and considered it good.
فمستحسن من ذوي الجاه لين
