وبقرة عميمة: تامة الخلق
And an 'amima' cow: perfectly formed.
عممناك أمرنا
We entrusted you with our affair.
وهو المعمم: للسيد الذي يقلده القوم أمورهم، ويلجأ إليه العوام
And he is the 'Mu'ammam': the master to whom people entrust their affairs, and to whom the common people resort.
إذا استجمعت أسنانه قيل: قد اعتم، فهو عمم
When its teeth have fully emerged, it is said: 'qad i'tammat', and it is 'amam'.
