أو هو العرق في باطن الذكر عند أسفل حوقه، وهو آخر ما يبرأ من المختون
Or it is the vein inside the penis near its lower base, and it is the last part to heal for one who is circumcised.
وفي التهذيب: هو الذي إذا ختن الصبي لم يكد يبرأ سريعا كالمتك كعتل
And in Al-Tadhhīb: it is that which, when a boy is circumcised, it hardly heals quickly, like the mutak, similar to 'utal.
والمتك من المرأة بالفتح وبالضم: البظر أو عرقه، وهو ما تبقيه الخاتنة
And the mutak of a woman (with fatha and dammah): the clitoris or its vein, which is what the female circumciser leaves.
والمتك بالضم، وظاهر سياق المصنف يقتضي أنه بالفتح، وهو خطأ: الأترج

And Al-Hasan recited mutakā'an, with an added alif, its weight is muf'tāl.

تمتك الشراب: إذا تجرعه أي شربه قليلا قليلا
Tamattaka the drink: if he sips it, meaning he drinks it little by little.
متك الذباب: ذرقه زعموا
The mutak of flies: their droppings, they claim.
والمتكاء من النساء: العظيمة البطن
And al-mutakā'ah among women: the large-bellied one.
وقيل: هي التي لم تخفض، ولذلك قيل في السب: يا ابن المتكاء، أي عظيمة ذلك
And it was said: she is the one who has not had her labia reduced; therefore, in insult, it is said: 'O son of the mutakā'ah,' meaning large in that regard.
