He was born there in the year [omitted] and heard from Ibn Al-Najjar and Ibn 'Allān, and Ibn Abi Al-Yusr granted him permission.
وأخذ الفقه عن تاج الدين بن الفركاح والنحو عن بدر الدين بن مالك
And he took jurisprudence from Taj al-Din ibn Al-Firkah and grammar from Badr al-Din ibn Malik.
توفي سنة نقلته من تاريخ حلب
He died in the year [omitted], I transferred it from the History of Aleppo.
