So the wind blew, and it threw dust into his bowls, so he cursed it and reviled it, and Allah the Almighty sent a lightning strike upon him and killed him.

And Moses fell down in a swoon.
فلما أفاق
And when he recovered consciousness.
فصعق من في السموات ومن في الأرض
And there will be blown the Trumpet, and there will fall senseless all who are in the heavens and all who are on the earth.
أصعقتها صواهله
Its loud cries killed them.
فذرهم حتى يلاقوا يومهم الذي فيه يصعقون
So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck down.
أي: فذرهم الى يوم القيامة حتى ينفخ في الصور، فيصعق الخلق، أي: يموتون.
Meaning: So leave them until the Day of Resurrection until the Horn is blown, and the creation will die, meaning: they will die.
