He is 'nadheef al-saraweel' meaning: he is chaste in his private parts.

And so-and-so is 'najes al-saraweel': if he is not chaste in his private parts.
واستنظف الوالي ما عليه من الخراج: أي استوفى ولا تقل: نطف.

Indeed, Allah the Almighty is Pure and loves purity.
نظافة الله: كناية عن تنزهه عن سمات الحدث، وتعاليه في ذاته عن كل نقص.
Allah's purity: is a metaphor for His transcendence from the characteristics of contingency, and His exaltation in His essence above all deficiency.
وحبه للنظافة من غيره: كناية عن خلوص العقيدة، ونفي الشرك، ومجانبة الأهواء، ثم نظافة القلب عن الغل والحقد والحسد وأمثالها، ثم نظافة المطعم والملبس عن الحرام والشبه، ثم نظافة الظاهر بملابسة العبادات، ومنه الحديث: نظفوا أفواهكم فإنها طرق القرآن أي: صونوها عن اللغو والفحش الغيبة والنميمة والكذب وأمثالها، وعن أكل الحرام والقاذورات، وفيه الحث على تطهيرها من النجاسات، والسواك انتهى.
And His love for purity from others: is a metaphor for sincerity of creed, negation of polytheism, avoidance of desires, then purity of the heart from malice, hatred, envy, and the like, then purity of food and clothing from the forbidden and dubious, then purity of the outward by engaging in acts of worship. And from the Hadith: 'Cleanse your mouths, for they are the pathways of the Quran', meaning: preserve them from idle talk, obscenity, backbiting, slander, lying, and the like, and from consuming the forbidden and impurities. And it contains an encouragement to purify them from defilements and to use the siwak, ended.

The young camel cleaned its mother's udder, and 'intazafahu': it drank all that was in it, a variant in pronunciation with 'daad', and I also 'intazaftuhu'.
