وقال الجوهري: الثغثغة: فعل المتكلم المحرك أسنانه في فمه والمضطرب اضطرابا شديدا، فلم يبين كلامه
And Al-Jawhari said: Al-thagthagha: is the action of the speaker moving their teeth in their mouth and being greatly agitated, so they do not clarify their speech
