The man exerted himself, like 'ani: he strove.
إن الضباب خضعت رقابها للسيف لما بلغت أحسابها
Indeed, the necks of the ostriches bowed to the sword when they reached their courage.
والتبلغة: حبل يوصل به الرشاء إلى الكرب
And al-tablaghah: a rope by which the bucket-rope is connected to the well-rope.
وصل رشاءه بتبلغة
He connected his bucket-rope with an extension.
لا بد لأرشيتكم من تبالغ
Your bucket-ropes must have extensions.
أحمق بلغ، بالفتح، ويكسر، وبلغة، بالفتح، أي: هو مع حماقته يبلغ ما يريد
A foolish person 'balagh', with fath, and with kasr, and 'bulghah', with fath, meaning: despite his foolishness, he reaches what he wants.
اللهم سمع لا بلغ، وسمعا لا بلغا، ويكسران
O Allah, let us hear but not reach, and let us hear but not attain, and they are with kasr.
أمر الله بلغ بالفتح أي: بالغ نافذ
The command of Allah is 'balagh' with fath, meaning: far-reaching, effective.
إن الله بالغ أمره
Indeed, Allah will accomplish His command.
وجيش بلغ كذلك، أي: بالغ
And an army 'balagh' likewise, meaning: far-reaching.
رجل بلغ ملغ، بكسرهما: إتباع، أي خبيث متناه في الخباثة
A man 'balagh mulgh', with kasr for both: an appendage, meaning wicked, extreme in wickedness.
وهو: البليغ الفصيح الذي يبلغ بعبارته كنه ضميره، ونهاية مراده
And he is: the eloquent, articulate one who reaches with his expression the core of his inner self and the limit of his intention.

Every burden carried to us from the message, you are forbidden from supporting or striking.
من ذوي البلاغ، أي: الذين بلغونا

And worry and illness intensified in him: they reached their peak.
