Because there is not in the language, meaning in the speech of the Arabs, a Fa'eel with a fathah on the Faa and a sukoon on the 'Ain.
وأما ضهيد فمصنوع
As for Dhuhayd, it is fabricated.
وكل ما جاء على هذا الوزن فهو بكسر الفاء
And everything that comes on this pattern is with a kasrah on the Faa.

ولذا قالوا: إن مريم مفعل لا فعيل على القول بأنه عربي
And for this reason they said: Maryam is Maf'al, not Fa'eel, according to the opinion that it is Arabic.
وإذا كان غير عربي فلا إشكال
And if it is non-Arabic, then there is no problem.
وأما امرأة ضهيأ فمر الكلام عليه في الهمزة
And as for the woman Dhuhaya', the discussion has passed concerning it in the section on Hamzah.
