And Ibn Duraid said: And sometimes a woman with a small vulva is called lat'a.
التلطع، كزبرج، قلت: وزنه بزبرج يوهم أصالة التاء، وليس كذلك، فالأولى أن يقول: بالكسر من الإبل الذي ذهبت أسنانه هرما
Al-taltat', like zubraj, I said: and its weight like zubraj suggests the originality of the ta', and it is not so, so it is better to say: with kasra, from camels that have lost their teeth from old age.

والعامة تقول: لطيع ولكيع.
And the common people say: lati' and kali'.
وقول العام: لطعني في محل كذا، مؤخره، كأنه ضربه برجله.
And the common saying: he struck me in such a place, his rear, as if he struck him with his foot.
والتطع جميع ما في الإناء، أو الحوض، كأنه لحسه، نقله الجوهري
And al-tat': all that is in the vessel, or basin, as if he licked it, narrated by Al-Jawhari.

And the dog lapped the water, and likewise the wolf drank it, narrated by Al-Zamakhshari and Ibn 'Abbad.

وقال ابن عباد: لطعت عينه لطمتها.
And Ibn 'Abbad said: I struck his eye, I slapped it.
وتقول العامة: لطع كفه إذا قبله.
And the common people say: he kissed his palm if he kissed it.
