Al-Azhari said: Al-tas' (like faraha) and amir is al-taz' (with zayn), which is one who has no jealousy, and he has become tas'a (like faraha), like taz'a.
قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّادٍ: هَادٍ مُطَسِّعٌ، كَمِنْبَرٍ: حَاذِقٌ، وَهُوَ مَقْلُوبُ مُسَطَّعٍ.
Ibn 'Abbad said: Hadin mutas'in (like minbar) means skillful, and it is the reverse of musatta'.
