O my feet, I see no escape for me... from what I see, lest I become more fleshy.
وَالبَخَصُ أَيْضًا: لَحْمٌ نَاتِئٌ فَوْقَ العَيْنَيْنِ أَوْ تَحْتَهُمَا، كَهَيْئَةِ النَّفْخَةِ
And Al-bakhṣ also: flesh protruding above or below the eyes, like a swelling.
تَقُولُ مِنْهُ: بَخَصَ كَفَرِحَ، فَهُوَ أَبْخَصُ، إِذَا نَتَأَ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ
You say from it: bakhṣa ka-fariḥa, so he is abkhaṣ, if that protrudes from him.
وَفِي المُحْكَمِ: البُخْصَةُ: شَحْمَةُ العَيْنِ مِنْ أَعْلَى وَأَسْفَلَ

وَرَجُلٌ مَبْخُوصُ القَدَمَيْنِ، أَيْ قَلِيلُ لَحْمِهِمَا، كَأَنَّهُ قَدْ نِيلَ مِنْهُ، فَعَرَى مَكَانَهُ
And a man with مبخوص feet, meaning little flesh on them, as if it has been taken from them, leaving the place bare.
وَقَدْ جَاءَ ذَلِكَ فِي صِفَتِهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَبْخُوصَ العَقِبَيْنِ، أَيْ قَلِيلُ لَحْمِهِمَا
And this has come in his description, peace be upon him, that he had lean heels, meaning little flesh on them.
وَبَخَصَ عَيْنَهُ، كَمَنَعَ: قَلَعَهَا بِشَحْمِهَا
And bakhṣa his eye, like manaʿa: to pluck it out with its flesh.

يُقَالُ: نَاقَةٌ مَبْخُوصَةٌ: تَشْتَكِي بَخَصَهَا
It is said: a mabkhūṣah she-camel: she complains of her bakhṣ.
