ج القليل {أوكر} وأوكار
The plural (of few) is 'Awkar' and (of many) 'Awkar'.
من دونه لعتاق الطير} أوكار الكثير: {وكور} ووكر، كصرد.

قال اليزيدي: {الوكر: أن تضرب أنف الرجل بجمع يدك، هكذا نقله الصاغاني عنه، وليس بتصحيف الوكز، بالزاي، وسيأتي.
Al-Yazidi said: 'Al-Wukr': to strike a man's nose with your closed fist. This is how Al-Sagani transmitted it from him, and it is not a misspelling of 'Al-Wukz' (with zayn), which will come later.

And the boy 'tawakara': his stomach became full, and) 'tawakara' the bird: its crop became full.
وقال الأصمعي: يقال: شرب حتى توكر، وحتى تضلع.
Al-Asma'i said: It is said: 'He drank until he was full, and until he was bloated.'
والوكرة، ويحرك، {والوكير} والوكيرة: طعام يعمل لفراغ البنيان، أي بنيان {وكره فيدعو إليه، أو عند شراء} وكره، وهذا نقله الزمخشري.
And 'Al-Wukrah', and it is moved, 'Al-Wukayr' and 'Al-Wukayrah': food made for the completion of a building, meaning building 'wakar-ahu' (he completed it) and he invites to it, or upon purchasing 'wakar-ahu', and this was transmitted by Al-Zamakhshari.

And he 'wakara' for them, like 'wa'ada', if he prepared that food, as in Al-Asas.
وفي اللسان: وقد {وكر لهم} توكيرا، وقال الفراء: {الوكيرة تعملها المرأة في الجهاز، قال: وربما سمعتهم يقولون:} التوكير.
And in Al-Lisan: And he 'wakara' for them 'tawkīran', and Al-Farra' said: 'Al-Wukayrah' is what the woman makes in the dowry, he said: and sometimes I hear them say: 'Al-Tawkīr'.

Abu Ubaid said: He runs 'Al-Wukra', meaning fast, and others recited for Hamid bin Thur: (If the four-year-old camel faces its mother... it runs 'wukra' until the Pleiades call out).

وناقة وكرى، كجمزى، سريعة أو قصيرة لحيمة شديدة الأبز، وقد} وكرت الناقة {تكر} وكرا، فيهما، إذا عدت الوكرى، وهو عدو فيه نزو، وكذلك الفرس.
And a she-camel 'wukra', like 'Jamza', fast or short, fleshy, strong-backed, and the she-camel 'wakarat' 'takiru' 'wukran', in both, if she ran the 'wukra', which is a run with leaping, and likewise the horse.

'And the bird 'ittakara' 'ittikāran': took for itself a nest, and likewise 'wakara' 'tawkīran', as in Al-Asas.
