As for lineage (nasab), it is the lineage whose marriage is permissible, like the daughters of paternal uncles and maternal uncles and their like from kinship whose marriage is permissible.
والنسب الذي ليس بصهر من قوله: حرمت عليكم أمهاتكم
And lineage that is not 'sihr' is from His saying: 'Forbidden to you are your mothers'
حرم الله من النسب سبعا، ومن الصهر سبعا
Allah has forbidden seven [categories] from lineage, and seven from marriage kinship.
فجعل السبب القرابة الحادثة بسبب المصاهرة والرضاع، وهاذا هو الصحيح لا ارتياب فيه.
So He made the cause the kinship that occurs due to marriage and breastfeeding, and this is the correct view without a doubt.
الفرق بين الصهر والنسب أن النسب: ما يرجع إلى ولادة قريبة من جهة الآباء، والصهر: ما كان من خلطة تشبه القرابة يحدثها التزويج.
The difference between 'sihr' and 'nasab' is that 'nasab' is what relates to close birth from the side of fathers, and 'sihr' is what is a mixture resembling kinship that marriage creates.
صهرته الشمس، كمنع
The sun melted it (from 'man'a').
إذا اشتد وقعها عليه وحرها حتى ألم دماغه، وانصهر هو
