وَزَكَرِيٌّ، كَعَرَبِيٍّ، بِحَذْفِ الْأَلِفِ غَيْرِ مُنَوَّنٍ أَيْضًا

And Zakariy, like Arabi, with the omission of the alif, also not taking tanwin.

وَفِي النَّصْبِ وَالْخَفْضِ زَكَرِيَّاوَيْنِ

And in the accusative and genitive, Zakariyawayn.

وَالنِّسْبَةُ إِلَيْهِ زَكَرِيَّاويٌّ، بِالْوَاوِ

And the attribution to it is Zakariyawi, with a waw.

فَإِذَا أَضَفْتَهُ إِلَى نَفْسِكَ قُلْتَ: زَكَرِيَائِيُّ بِلَا وَاوٍ

And Al-Layth said: And the dual of Zakariy, lightened, is Zakariyan, lightened.

ج زَكَرُونَ، بِطَرْحِ الْيَاءِ

Plural: Zakirun, by dropping the ya.

وَالزَّواكِرَةُ: مَنْ تَلَبَّسَ فَيَظْهَرُ النُّسْكَ وَالْعِبَادَةَ وَيُبْطِنُ الْفِسْقَ وَالْفَسَادَ

And al-zawākirah: one who adorns himself, showing piety and worship, while concealing immorality and corruption.
