Al-musta'akhid, with the undotted dāl, from (the root) 'akhada, was neglected by Al-Jawhari and transmitted by Al-Azhari from Al-Layth, who said: it means 'al-mustakīn'.

And one who bows their head from eye inflammation or pain.
وهاذا كله بالذال المعجمة، وموضعها باب الخاء والذال
