الكومح: الرجل المتراكب الأنان في الفم حتى كأن فاه قد ضاق بأسنانه
The كومح: a man whose teeth are crowded in his mouth until it seems his mouth has become narrow for his teeth.
وفم كومح: ضاق من كثرة أسنانه وورم لثاته
And a كومح mouth: narrow from the abundance of its teeth and swollen gums.
