And Abu al-Harith Khunja bin Amer al-Sa'di al-Bukhari, the father of Abu Hafs Umar, resided in Basra and narrated from Mu'alla bin Asad al-'Ammi, and Ibn Abi al-Dunya narrated from him, and he died in Baghdad.
