Then he weighed it and said it is like 'safarjal': soft, plump (of bodies).

وعن الأصمعي: الخبرنج: الخلق الحسن

And from Al-Asma'i: Al-khabarnej means good disposition.

وجسم خبرنج: ناعم

And a khabarnej body is soft.

غراء سوى خلقها الخبرنجا مأد الشباب عيشها المخرفجا

Radiant, except for her khabarnej nature, her life full of youthful vigor and flourishing.

ومأد الشباب: ماؤه واهتزازه

And youthful vigor means its moisture and its shaking.

وغصن يمأد من النعمة: يهتز

And a branch that sways from prosperity: it shakes.

والخبربجة من النساء هاكذا بموحدتين، والصواب بالموحدة والنون: الحسنة الخلق الضخمة القصعب

And Al-khabarbajja from women is thus with two 'b's, but the correct form is with 'b' and 'n': the well-formed, plump, and stout one.

وقيل: هي اللحيمة الحادرة الخلق في استواء

And it is said: she is plump, well-formed, and proportionate.

وقيل: هي العظيمة الساقين

And it is said: she is the one with large legs.

وخلق خبرنج: تام

And a khabarnej character: complete.

والخبرنجة: حسن الغذاء

And Al-khabarjanja: good nourishment.
