فخرج إليهم الطاهر بن أبي هالة بأمره الصديق، رضي الله عنه، فواقعهم بالأعلاب، فقتلهم شر قتلة

So Al-Taher bin Abi Hala went out to them by the command of Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, and he engaged them in battle in Al-A'lab, and he killed them a terrible killing.

فسميت تلك الجماع من عك، ومن تأشب إليها: الأخابث إلى اليوم

So that gathering from 'Ukk, and whoever joined them, were named Al-Akhabith until this day.

وسميت تلك الطريق إلى اليوم طريق الأخابث

And that road was named the road of Al-Akhabith until this day.

وفيه يقول الطاهر بن أبي هالة: فلم تر عيني مثل جمع رأيته بجنب مجاز في جموع الأخابث

And about it, Al-Taher bin Abi Hala says: 'My eyes have not seen a gathering like one I saw beside Majaz among the gatherings of Al-Akhabith.'
