And the supports of the trellises have no remainder when the pillars are pulled out from under them.
وإنما قيل للمنزل مثابةٌ لأن أهله يتصرفون في أمورهم ثم يثوبون إليه
And the home is called a mathabah because its people attend to their affairs and then return to it.
مثاباً لأفناءِ القبائلِ كلها تخبُّ إليها اليعملاتُ الذواملُ
A resort for all the clans of the tribes, to which the weary camels hasten.

His mind and forbearance returned to him.
جمَّتْ مثابةُ البئرِ، وهي مجتمعُ مائِها

لا أعرفنَّ أحداً انتقصَ من سُبُلِ الناسِ إلى مثاباتِهم شيئاً

I find myself dissolving and not recovering.
إذا ثُوِّبَ بالصلاةِ فأتوها وعليكم السكينةُ والوقارُ
When the iqamah is called for the prayer, come to it with tranquility and dignity.
